The school calendar is subject to change throughout the year. While we make every effort to adhere to the published schedule, certain events, activities, and dates may need to be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Possible circumstances that may result in calendar changes or cancellations include (but not limited to):

 

• Inclement weather or severe weather conditions

• States or local emergencies

• Low participation or registration for an event

• Church or facility scheduling conflicts

• Utility outages (power, water, internet, etc.)

• Community events or circumstances beyond the school's control

 

In addition, some events and/or activities might be added to the calendar throughout the year. If you want to stay informed about all changes and additions, make sure you check your email, school newsletter, classroom newsletter, and ClassDojo parent portal weekly. We appreciate your flexibility, understanding, and support when adjustments become necessary. Any calendar changes will be communicated to all families as soon as possible through all of our official school communication channels.
